Mr. Ross most recently worked for the Vinik Family Office, directing the financial and operating strategies of private equity portfolio companies. He also continues to serve as a Director of Fresco Foods Inc, and previously served as a Director of Electrocore, Inc.

Prior to his role with the Vinik Family Office, Mr. Ross provided executive services to multiple small and mid-size companies, serving as interim officer or independent consultant and providing strategic guidance and leadership through startup, high-growth and crisis management phases. His areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, Project Management, Product Development, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Intellectual Property Licensing. He served a diverse client base in the technology, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, real estate and healthcare services industries.

Early in his career, Mr. Ross had successful tenures with several respected corporations. Most recently he worked for Publix Super Markets, Inc.; directly supporting the Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Marketing & Advertising Departments and providing financial consulting and strategic business planning advice to the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. He was involved in corporate strategic planning, new markets, acquisitions, real estate strategy, joint ventures, and new store prototype design. Prior to his work at Publix, Mr. Ross was selected to participate in an extensive leadership development training program at The Coca‐Cola Company, managing production facilities and developing a strategic business plan for the entire production and distribution network of Coca-Cola USA. Upon earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Ross was first employed by Rockwell Automation, Allen‐Bradley, leading product development and process improvement projects for domestic manufacturing facilities and a new strategic initiative to develop and brand label automation products for markets in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, and completed his MBA with a 4.0 GPA at the University of South Florida, majoring in Finance, Marketing Strategy, and Management Information Systems. Mr. Ross is also an Eagle Scout, a National Merit Scholar, and currently holds a private pilot license.


Fresco Foods, Inc. – Led a private equity investment round in a startup food manufacturing company. Currently serves as Director for the corporation.

Electrocore, Inc. – Director of medical device manufacturer; completed Nasdaq IPO June 2018.

Vinik Family Office – Private Equity Operating Partner role in a family office; performed operational engineering for portfolio companies and completed investment models and due diligence on prospective investments.

Thunderbolt International, Inc. – Serving as interim Chief Executive Officer of a company that manufactured handheld lightning and storm detectors, Mr. Ross salvaged the company from the verge of bankruptcy and reorganized the Intellectual Property assets into a new company with several new products and product lines utilizing improved technology and design.

iMD Companies, Inc. – As the Chief Operating Officer of a publicly-traded health and wellness holding company in Tampa, FL, Mr. Ross provided direct oversight of several distinct operating companies, and negotiated additional acquisitions and licensing agreements. He was also instrumental in the preparations for an S-1 registration filing (IPO).

Medical Weight-Loss Solutions, LLC – Served as the founding CFO & COO of a medical weight-loss and wellness company, overseeing the growth of the company from inception to over $25 million in annual revenue, including eight corporate locations, more than eighty employees, and over fifty independent licensees in twelve states.

Publix Super Markets, Inc. – As a Manager of Business Analysis, incorporated financial and analytical discipline into corporate strategy formulation of a $30+ Billion retailer. Developed financial models based on multiple databases and transactional data, using statistical analysis and data modeling. Responsible for all financial analysis of new markets, acquisitions, new prototype designs, and new retail locations.
